Win the Callaway setup — terms & conditions

1. Promoter. On The Ball Golf, Australia, contact shop@ontheballgolf.com.au (the “Promoter”).
2. Entry period. The promotion opens 9:00am AEST Monday 13 July 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST Sunday 2 August 2026. Entries received outside this period are invalid.
3. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related entities, and their immediate families and households, are ineligible. One entrant per email address; the entrant is the natural person named on the entry.
4. How to enter (free). Submit your first name and email address at ontheballgolf.com.au/win/. A completed free entry receives one (1) entry in the draw. No purchase is necessary. Entry requires consent to receive the Promoter’s marketing email (this is how winners are contacted); you can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Bonus entries. (a) Entrants who follow @ontheballgolf on Instagram and claim the bonus on the entry page receive 2 additional entries; a winner claiming this bonus must still be following at the time of the draw or the bonus entries are disregarded for that winner. (b) Each order placed at ontheballgolf.com.au during the entry period using the same email address as the entry, and not cancelled or refunded before the draw, receives 20 additional entries. Bonus entries increase the number of chances in the draw only; every entry, free or bonus, has an identical chance per entry.
6. Prizes. First prize: Callaway Quantum Max driver (RRP $1,049.99) and Callaway Quantum Max fairway wood, 3 wood (RRP $649.99), awarded together as one prize (combined RRP $1,699.98). Second prize: Callaway Opus SP wedges in Brushed Chrome, 56° and 60° (combined RRP $659.98). Third prize: Callaway Fairway 14 stand bag, 2025 model (RRP $429.95). Total prize pool $2,789.91 inc GST. Prizes are new Australian stock; club loft/flex/bounce is the winner’s choice from options available at claim time, otherwise the Promoter’s standard specification. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a specified item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
7. The draw. A computerised random draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises, Sydney NSW at 11:00am AEST Tuesday 4 August 2026. First prize is drawn first, then second, then third, then three reserve entries. One prize per entrant: once drawn, an entrant’s remaining entries are removed before the next prize is drawn. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part.
8. Winner notification and publication. Winners are notified by email from shop@ontheballgolf.com.au within 48 hours of the draw, and winners’ first name and state are published on the Promoter’s Instagram account and at ontheballgolf.com.au/win/ by Friday 7 August 2026, remaining published for at least 28 days. If a prize is unclaimed or redrawn, that outcome is published the same way. The Promoter will never ask a winner for payment, card details or passwords; beware of impostor social-media accounts.
9. Prize claim and redraw. Winners must respond and confirm a delivery address within 14 days of notification. Prizes ship free within Australia within 14 days of confirmation, and in any case the Promoter aims to dispatch every claimed prize within 28 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or a required bonus condition fails verification, that prize passes to the drawn reserve entries in order; any prize still unclaimed will be redrawn on 11:00am AEST Friday 4 September 2026 under the same conditions.
10. Privacy and marketing consent. Entry requires consent to receive marketing email from the Promoter (this is how winners are contacted). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email; unsubscribing before the draw does not invalidate your entry, but the Promoter is not responsible if a winner notification cannot be delivered. Personal information is collected and handled per the Promoter’s privacy policy at ontheballgolf.com.au/privacy/ and is not sold or supplied to third parties other than service providers (email platform, delivery).
11. Invalid entries. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated/bot-generated, use disposable or multiple email addresses for the same person, or otherwise breach these terms.
12. Meta and Callaway release. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Meta, and completely release Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion. Callaway Golf is not a promoter or sponsor of this promotion; prizes are genuine Callaway products supplied by the Promoter.
13. Questions and complaints. Email shop@ontheballgolf.com.au — the Promoter responds to competition questions and complaints within 5 business days.
14. General. Subject to clause 13, the Promoter’s decision on the conduct of the draw is final. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter is not liable for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails outside its reasonable control. By entering, entrants accept these terms.
