2. Acceptance
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms
should be read together with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale at
ontheballgolf.com.au.
3. Entry period
Entries open at 4:00pm AEST on Tuesday 4 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Friday
7 August 2026 (“the Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not
eligible.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Directors, officers,
employees and immediate families of the Promoter, and of any company associated with this
promotion, are not eligible to enter.
5. How to enter
There are two methods of entry, each carrying an equal chance of winning:
(a) By purchase. Place an order at ontheballgolf.com.au during the Entry
Period. Each completed order received during the Entry Period earns one (1) entry. Goods are
sold at their normal price; no price increase applies for participation in this
promotion.
(b) Free entry — no purchase necessary. Send an email to
shop@ontheballgolf.com.au during the Entry
Period with the subject line “Second Chance Entry”, including your full name, residential
address, contact telephone number and email address. One (1) entry per person is available
by this method. Entries by this method carry the same chance of winning as entries under
clause 5(a).
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize: a year’s supply of personalised golf balls, being twelve (12)
dozen personalised golf balls from the Promoter’s Callaway range, with the winner’s choice of
ball model and personalisation, total retail value $1,151.40.
The prize may be taken as a single delivery or as up to four (4) separate deliveries
within twelve (12) months of the draw date, at the winner’s election. Delivery is within
Australia only and is included in the prize. Personalisation is subject to the Promoter’s
standard artwork requirements and content policy.
7. Total prize pool
$1,151.40.
8. The draw
The draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Monday 10 August 2026 at Sydney NSW. The
winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry
Period.
9. Notification
The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and
published at ontheballgolf.com.au/win/ for a period of 28 days from the draw date.
10. Unclaimed prize
If the prize is unclaimed by 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 10 September 2026, an unclaimed
prize draw will be conducted at 11:00am AEST on Friday 11 September 2026 at Sydney NSW, on
the same basis as clause 8. The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified and
published on the same basis as clause 9.
11. Prize conditions
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize or
any part of it is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory
authority.
12. Cancelled or refunded orders
An entry earned under clause 5(a) is void if the associated order is cancelled or refunded
in full before the draw date.
13. Promoter’s decision
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected for this promotion is used to conduct the promotion and is
handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at ontheballgolf.com.au/privacy/.
Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by emailing
shop@ontheballgolf.com.au.
15. Permits
As the total prize pool does not exceed $3,000, no trade promotion permit is required in
the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, South Australia or the Northern Territory.
A copy of these terms has been provided to the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western
Australia prior to commencement.
