Orders & payment

Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase. We accept orders at our discretion and will email you a confirmation once payment is received. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Personalised goods

Because personalised balls are made to your artwork, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a print is faulty or doesn’t match the proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund.

Delivery

Risk passes to you on dispatch. We’ll provide tracking and do our best to chase delays, but we are not liable for late delivery caused by the carrier.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
