Can I order just one ball?
Our minimum is one dozen. Orders of 1, 2, 3 or 5 dozen ship at our standard pack-tier pricing — see any product page for the live total.
Do you do colour matching?
Yes — we print in full colour as standard, and can match a specific Pantone reference closely. Send us the Pantone number with your artwork and we’ll set it up.
What if my logo isn't print-ready?
Send it anyway. If your logo is low-res or needs cleaning up, we’ll redraw it for you at no charge before we go to print.
How long does my order take?
Most orders ship within 5 business days — production starts within 2 hours of your order, with no proof step to wait on. See our Turnaround page for express and rush options.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — Australia Post and StarTrack. Metro orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch. Free delivery from 2 dozen on orders of 6 dozen or more.
Can I get a sample first?
For larger corporate runs we can produce a printed sample dozen before committing to the full order. Email us at hello@ontheballgolf.com.au to set this up.
