Do I have to buy anything?
No. Entry is free and a free entry has the same chance in the draw as any single entry. Orders just add bonus entries.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners get an email from shop@ontheballgolf.com.au within 48 hours of the draw, and first name + state are announced on @ontheballgolf. We will never DM you asking for card details, a “release fee”, or your password — any account doing that is a fake. We only ever contact winners from that email address.
Who can enter?
Australian residents 18 or over. One entrant per email address. OnTheBall staff and their households can’t enter.
When do prizes ship?
Within 14 days of the winner confirming a delivery address. Freight is on us, Australia-wide.
Is the gear brand new?
Yes — new, in box, Australian stock. Winner picks driver/wood loft-flex from what’s available at claim time.
