How long does production take?
Standard production is 5 business days from artwork approval. Rush options are available — get in touch if your event is sooner.
What artwork formats do you accept?
Vector files (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG) reproduce sharpest. Raster (PNG with transparency, 300 DPI minimum) also works for most logos. Our artwork team will sanity-check your file and mock it up before production — no charge.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Yes, on request. The online personaliser renders a real-time mockup as you design — that mockup ships with your order confirmation as a printable preview. If you want a separate artist proof emailed for sign-off before production, just note it at checkout or reply to your order email within 1 hour and we will hold production.
Do you provide GST tax invoices?
Yes — every order ships with a compliant GST tax invoice in PDF, addressed to your business name with your ABN. We can also issue a quote upfront for accounting / approval if needed.
Are payment terms available for bulk accounts?
For 12 dozen or more, or repeat clients, we can set up Net-14 or Net-30 terms. Get in touch via the bulk-order enquiry form to set up an account.
What is the minimum order?
1 dozen. No minimums, no setup fees. Volume pricing kicks in at 4 dozen, and free delivery is included on every order.
Can I order multiple designs in one shipment?
Yes. Each unique design is treated as a separate line item — useful for golf days with multiple sponsor logos, or merchandise programs across business units. Get in touch and we will quote the production run together.
What if my event is in less than 5 days?
Get in touch immediately via the bulk-order enquiry form or email our team. We frequently turn around urgent jobs same-week — depends on artwork readiness and current workload.
What are the exact artwork specs?
Vector (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG) is best. Raster needs 300 DPI minimum on a transparent background (PNG). One-colour and full-colour both print; the print area is the standard ball pole. Send what you have — our team checks every file and mocks it up free before anything runs.
What does the proof process look like?
1) The design is set up (by you in the personaliser, or by us). 2) We email a digital mockup for your written sign-off. 3) Production only starts once you approve. 4) Need a change? Reply and we re-issue the proof. Nothing prints until you have said yes.
Can I combine different balls or logos in one order?
Yes. Mixed balls (e.g. Pro V1 for VIPs, Supersoft for the field) and multiple logos (multi-sponsor golf days, multi-team merch) go on one order and one invoice — each unique design is a line item.
How does freight work?
Free delivery on 2+ dozen, Australia-wide on every order. Orders ship trackable Australia-wide. Need it split across multiple addresses (several offices, multiple clubs)? Tell us in your enquiry and we will sort it.
How do I get a quote on letterhead or set up an account?
Send a corporate enquiry with your company details and what you need. We will reply with a formal quote you can take to accounts, and set up Net-14 / Net-30 terms for qualifying accounts.
