Shipping

Your total cost for your purchase will include shipping and handling which will be included on your invoice. The shipping and handling cost in Australia is $8.00. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Payments

All payments will be made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Payment in any other currency will NOT be accepted

Refunds and Returns

At On The Ball Golf Promotions Pty Ltd., we do not accept refunds or returns for incorrect ordering, so please review the product information carefully prior to your purchase. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Faulty goods may ONLY be returned for a refund or exchange after receiving confirmation and approval to return any goods from On The Ball Golf Promotions Pty Ltd. sales team within 7 days of receipt of your order. The goods must be received by On The Ball Golf Promotions Pty Ltd. in their original condition (unopened and in the original packaging with all product tags and labels still attached to the product).

Loss or Damage in Transit
